Here Are All The Categories Exempted From Delhi’s Odd-Even Plan :- Arvind Kejriwal announces blueprint for temporary odd-even scheme

Twenty categories of vehicles have been exempted from the odd-even scheme which will be applicable for 15 days in the national capital starting 1 January 2016, according to a report by The Indian Express. The Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal will not be exempt from the rule even as the other VVIPs will.
